You can cancel the order, provided your goods have not left our premises. You can do so by calling the Store landline number 91-44-42048804 between 10 am to 6 pm Monday - Saturday.
If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund the value of the goods, excluding any bank or credit card charges. Credit card fees are not refundable.
If you have received the product, you will be eligible for a replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the product, in line with our return policy. In such a case, we will process it as a return and not as cancellation.
Refunds on cancellation will be made in the mode in which payments are received, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Refunds on Returns will be initiated only after receipt of returned goods.
Management reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.
